`IAccountService`:
- Add symbols.
- Fix some mistake.
- Add `IsUserRegistrationRequestPermitted` and `TrySelectUserWithoutInteraction`.

`IManagerForApplication`:
- Add symbols.
- Add Uuid args.
- Little improvement of `GetAccountId`
